Or a penpal? Or a visit from across the ocean? Or someone to come visit across the ocean? Or a husband? Have I got the offer for you! An older gentleman, a retired guy who owned a little mom and pop hardware store in a different West African country, wants to make your dreams come true!

He is looking for a white female penpal from the West that he can correspond with. (But just as a caveat, he doesn’t speak English – he speaks French and 2 African languages. I hope that’s not a problem for any of you who may be interested!) He has now asked me at least 4 times, and has said that he’s very serious about it. He is looking for such a penpal and would love to correspond back and forth. He also has some land that he hasn’t built on yet, so would love someone to be a “partner” in doing something with the land (that usually means someone to finance something, FYI). He would also love for the said person to come and visit him, and/or have him come and visit her (the said person would probably be financing the flight across the ocean either way, though he didn’t say that specifically or else I’ve forgotten). And, he added, that he would love to also have such a female penpal that he could legally marry. But only if said woman is nice like me, he added.

So, if you’re interested, here’s a little bit about him: He is from a different part of that country, but now lives up by the capital. His sons now run the little hardware shop, and he is retired a little ways outside of town with other parts of his family (I can’t remember if that includes a wife or two or not). So it would be a good life if you were interested. He is a kind man, I think from the few conversations I’ve had with him. He is strong in his beliefs and prays perhaps all 5 times a day, though I’m not sure if he’s been to Mecca or not for his pilgrimage.

There you have it. Let me know if you’re interested and I can send you his picture (since here, if you see someone’s picture, you can decide right away if you’re interested in marrying them or not) or send you his contact information and you can discuss wherever you may want to take this (but just remember that in your discussions, he doesn’t speak English).

I think it’s too good of an offer for someone (other than me!) to pass up!

Are you a lady who is looking for a new business venture?
