It\u2019s fun having friends all over the world, but it\u2019s even more fun when they can come and visit.\u00a0 And that\u2019s exactly what happened this last week!\u00a0 Let me tell you more:<\/p>\n

From Thursday to Friday my friends Grant and Marianne were here in Wisconsin.\u00a0 They are missionaries in the Philippines, and are on a journey from Ohio to British Columbia, Canada, before they head back to the Philippines in November.\u00a0 I\u2019m so glad I got to catch them for about 18 hours of their long journey!<\/p>\n

Over the weekend my brother Jeff and my grandma were both here.\u00a0 Jeff ran his first half marathon on Saturday and we got practice finding him and taking pictures.\u00a0 He did great!\u00a0 Then on Sunday we had a \u201cmeet the baby\u201d party where everyone got to spend time with my new nephew Jeremiah and his big sister Lydia.<\/p>\n

Tuesday morning brought another friend, Rebekah, to my house for breakfast.\u00a0 She’s from Missouri but will soon be leaving for Papua New Guinea where she will be a missionary, too.<\/p>\n
