I had never noticed it before yesterday when my host mom gave me two of them.  I got home and Sophie, one of my good friends, showed me how to eat it.  You cut off the top, then there are three holes in it, out of which you can scrape some almost clear jelly-like substance out and eat it.  When you\u2019ve scraped that out of the holes you can now drink the juice that\u2019s in it.  It almost tasted like coconut, but there wasn\u2019t nearly as much juice in it.  (Or at least I don\u2019t think there was as much juice.  But it did spill all over when I was trying to drink, so maybe there was.)  It was good.  It was quite interesting.  It\u2019s name is sebe in Jula.  I have no idea what it\u2019s called in French and absolutely no idea what it\u2019s called in English.
