Well, on Saturday afternoon when I got home, the two goats were hanging in the tree right outside my window getting skinned.  I decided that was a good time to sit in my living room and work on e-mail.  \ud83d\ude42  But on Sunday I was able to eat my meat.  I asked for a piece that had meat and not just fat and\/or skin on it, and it was actually quite tender.  The sauce that it was in tasted a little goat-ish (the same taste that goat cheese has, which is why I don\u2019t like goat cheese), but was still edible.
