I’ve never pretended to have a knack for gardening. In fact, my experience has been quite the opposite. That being the case, when I was given a poinsettia plant last December, I expressed my concern to the dear lady sitting next to me. “Oh, honey, you can’t kill it,” she reassured me. Little did she […]
I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for our NTM pilots who were willing to risk their lives for us in the years we worked with possible threats of kidnapping from the enemies of the Gospel here in Colombia. We knew that all it would take was a radio call to ask for our […]
A Desperate Need As I shared in my last update, a young Nukak man died the day we arrived in the village there in Colombia. It brought to the forefront the sobering reality of the fragility of life and how desperately the Nukak people need the hope of the gospel. Pray for the missionaries to […]
It impressed me how two girls, one a national Colombian and another our Guahibo co-translator’s daughter, when they met for the first time in our house the other day, there were no barriers, tho neither could speak each other’s language! They went right to playing together and enjoying their time together. Oh, if we […]

Would appreciate your prayers as this is an intense time. I […]
To let you know what they are working on, right now they continue to work on Revelation and then hope to go on to Jude and James and as much of 1 and 2 Cor. they can by the end of September. Lord willing, we will fly to the USA in early November.
God is working and you are part of it with your prayers! Mark had a good week out in the tribe checking the revised Scripture to make sure it was clear and understandable. The Guahibo brethren and him finished 1 Cor., Acts and Galatians. Mid August we plan to have the two guys come back […]
This was crazy! Impossible. But I replied, "Yes, we will go."
