What a privilege to still be enjoying such a best friend &#8211; and it just keeps getting better &amp; better as the days go by! Our days, of course, are in the Hands of our very Best Friend, since we really don&#8217;t even know how this Christmas &amp; New Year&#8217;s season will play out, with Dad Peterson under hospice care at the Veterans&#8217; Home. But the truths of the God&#8217;s Word remain constant and true, and His peace is ours through the Bethlehem-born Saviour who remains with us always. <\/p>\n<p>News from West Africa is also uncertain: as our mission flight program is under restrictions; as Guinea&#8217;s president died and his succession is contested; and missionaries still don&#8217;t feel free to move to northern Ivory Coast since the former rebels have not yet disarmed, and democratic elections have not taken place.
