The Lord is so faithful. The past few months have been a blur, but one BIG thing that has been in sharp focus throughout the craziness: God. And His faithfulness.
Embarking on a journey like this is certainly a fantastic way to grow in faith and trust in our great Savior. He has a plan, and that plan will NOT be thwarted. Our Lord Christ has strengthened my faith and prayer life as I daily see answers to prayers and unexpected blessings pour in like monsoon rains.
Here is a short list of how He’s been blowing my socks off:
- Through the great generosity of many, I currently have 62.5% of my monthly support! Hallelujah! Many thanks to those of you who have partnered with me financially.
- SO many people are holding the ropes for me by steadfastly lifting me up in prayer. Thank you, thank you for serving in God’s kingdom in this way!
- God uses Covid! 🙂 My dear friend Margaret was supposed to go with the mission team to PNG in August, but she tested positive for Covid the day before they were supposed to leave. Now she gets to be my traveling companion in January!!!
- The Lord has provided an affordable, climate-controlled basement for me to store my belongings!
- The Lord has provided loving homes for Benny the bunny and Rico the parrot. 🙂
- The mission team successfully got ‘my’ house framed and under roof in one week!
- I traveled to DC with my friend and fellow missionary, Sara, in August and got my visa with NO hiccups!!!
5 He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we did in righteousness, but in accordance with His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, 6 whom He richly poured out upon us through Jesus Christ our Savior, 7 so that being justified by His grace we would be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. Titus 3:5-7

Join the team!
In order to buy plane tickets, I must show that I have reached 75% of my recommended monthly support. I only need another $450 per month in pledged donations to reach this goal.
Will you prayerfully consider joining my team of dedicated financial partners as we strive together to advance the gospel of Christ in Papua New Guinea?

20 Now may the God of peace, who brought up from the dead the great Shepherd of the sheep through the blood of the eternal covenant, that is, Jesus our Lord, 21 equip you in every good thing to do His will, working in us that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.
