If you’re in Florida you’re probably enjoying the cool weather and those in any other state are probably ready for some spring to show up anytime. We had some beautiful summer days here lately. Always seems so strange to imagine a snowstorm or freezing weather when it’s so hot here year round.

Flowers All Year Long

Thanks for your prayers for us these last few weeks. There was a rabies epidemic for about two months that has now slowed up for which we’re very thankful! There were a couple of scary weeks there where we were hearing of a new case every couple of days and several people died from it. Thankfully the government was able to send in the vaccines, even all the way into the village. As of just a couple of months ago it wasn’t even available in the big cities. So we’re thankful the situation seems under control for now.
As for our Bible teaching times with our friends here, we just worked through Lazarus and the rich man. We felt like it was a really good story to help them see and hear again the realities of eternity and the opportunity we have now to choose God while there is still time.

Some Faithful Studyers

We will be getting to the death, burial and resurrection of Christ by the end of this month! Please pray that these would really be impacting stories for them as the big picture of God’s promise way back in Genesis of sending a Redeemer is coming full circle. Pray that God’s Spirit would soften, convict, and convince our friends here of His Truth! We have had almost a year of teaching in these small home groups and are now able to communicate the Amazing Grace and Gift of Life!!! Pray-Pray-Pray that there would be many that are brought into God’s Kingdom.
