In Just a few days we will begin our travels that will take us back to our other home in Southeast Asia. We have had a very different but also refreshing home assignment. Who could have guessed how Covid would affect us all in 2020, but our family has benefited by the required, “stay at home” laws and slower schedule. Bonding, rest, and refocusing is what we have really appreciated!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will be traveling back with clear covid tests which are required for international travel. When we arrive we will have a 14 day quarantine, also required for international travel. This will give us time to catch up with things that have been on hold while we travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After our quarantine we will move to the place in town that will be our home for this school year. Around the 20th Tim will travel to a village area to meet with missionary teams and connect with tribal churches. We will be sharing more about that as we get closer to that event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you for the many prayers and ways you have supported us throughout this home assignment. We’re so very thankful to the Lord for how He has provided for us in these days and we are walking forward into a new season of ministry with full confidence that He is directing us! A verse I (Andrea) have been memorizing and taking to heart during these days of transition is Ps 91:4 ” He will cover you with His feathers, He will shelter you with His wings; His faithful promises are you armor and protection.” In the midst of all of the crazy situations we find ourselves in, or for all the travel and transition for our family we can find rest and a calm shelter in our Protector. His faithfulness and promises are what steady us in the ups and downs of life. What joy and peace we have in our Savior! A dear friend painted a picture for me of a mother duck protecting her ducklings under her wings. What a calming picture God has given us!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some ways you could walk with us through our return to the field would be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pray for the kids as they transition and switch “worlds” again and begin life in Asia Pacific again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pray for healthy bodies and protection as we travel around the world! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
