\"\"<\/a>In just over two weeks, on November 14th<\/strong>, Beth\u2019s younger sister Abby<\/strong> and her husband Nathan<\/strong> will be MOVING to Asia Pacific! We are so excited for them and feel like just yesterday we were leaving the comfort and security of our home country to head into the unknown of moving to another country. It can be both exhilarating and terrifying all at the same time. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

The island nation they are moving to, referred to as Asia Pacific, is home to 13,600 islands and over 700 language groups, many of which have never had a chance to hear the gospel in their own language! Once they arrive in the country, and after getting settled, they will begin learning the national language & culture. Once this time is complete, they will work with their leadership to determine their future location of ministry reaching an unreached people group.<\/p>\n

Nathan & Abby were challenged into missions by the reality that of the world\u2019s 6,500 languages, over a third have no access to a gospel witness in their language! Wow. This is a staggering amount of languages with no access to the gospel. We have been encouraged to hear Nathan & Abby\u2019s heart for reaching those who have never had a chance to hear.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe bottom line is that God changed our lives for eternity by offering us salvation from the penalty of sin through His only Son, Jesus Christ. \u00a0Without His word we would have never known God and would have been lost in the endless cycle of temporary pleasure in sin which leads to an eternal death and separation from God. \u00a0We are so grateful that we have peace in knowing the One true God who saves. \u00a0We want to share this same joy with anyone who will hear. \u00a0The isolated people of Asia Pacific do not even have a chance to hear this message and therefore live in the darkness of sin with no hope. \u00a0We want to bring light to them through God\u2019s message so that they too can have the opportunity to be changed for eternity.\u201d –NathandAbby.Com<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Once they move into a village, they will spend time learning the language and culture of the people they are there to reach, and building Christ honoring relationships with them. Their goal is to present the gospel through clear, chronological Bible teaching and see a church born. They will continue to disciple those believers, teaching and equipping them until the church is brought to maturity and reaching others!<\/p>\n
