This past Thursday night was week five of foundational bible teaching among the Triqui people here in Mexico. Eduardo, who is teaching in the Triqui language, shared that he taught on the six days of creation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eduardo believes that people are tracking with the teaching and are interested in what God\u2019s Word has to say to them. Since the teaching started five weeks ago, the group has almost doubled in size and Eduardo believes that God will continue to grow the group of listeners. One of our coworkers recently visited the Triqui ministry and got to attend the special teaching time. He shared that one of the Triqui lady’s said after the lesson that she\u2019s heard this before, but now that she\u2019s hearing it in her own language, \u201cThe Word has flavor.\u201d As Romans 17 says, “So faith comes from hearing, that is, hearing the Good News about Christ.”<\/em> Praise God these Triqui are hearing the Good News about the Savior in the language that makes their hearts listen! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
