Dear Friends and Coworkers,
We hope and Pray that this letter finds you all well and rejoicing in the many Blessings of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Thank you for being our coworkers! We Praise God for his mercy and grace in our lives and for his faithfulness even in the hard times! We are thankful for the Lord\’s protection and provision of strength as we travel back and forth to the Indian Colony to teach His Word! We praise the Lord for the continued freedom that we have here in Paraguay.
Please Pray for Spiritual growth of the Tribal Believers. Alcoholism continues to be a problem in the Colony! For wisdom in our responsibilities that God has given us.
For Samuel as he continues to teach Bible and litercy classes and train faithful men for leadership in the Church. For Tracy, in lesson preparation and translation work and teaching Tribal ladies Bible classes and children Sunday school.
We recently found out that our daughter, Rachael, there in Chicago, Illinois is going to have a baby and is due on November 4th! We have Prayed a lot about it and decided that Tracy should go and be with Rachael for the birth of our grandchild. Tracy, will fly out of Asuncion on the 20th of October and will be there in Chicago with our daughter for one month, returning back here to Paraguay the 20th of November. Please Pray for Samuel as he holds down the fort here in Paraguay and for safety as he goes out to teach at the Indian Colony alone while Tracy is away and for God\’s provision!!
Please Pray for more laborers for the work here in Paraguay. There are still many who have not heard and much that still needs to be done!
Thank you very much for your faithfullness in Praying for us and our work with the Pai Tavyterã Tribal People and for helping us! Thank you for being our co-workers!
In Christ\’s Service, Samuel, Tracy and Family
