On Sunday, June 2, 2013 we had the privilege of attending an historic event – the presentation of the New Testament in the Maka language to the Maka church!
It was a day of celebration for the Maka Indian community in Paraguay.
Our Maka Tribal brothers and sisters received the entire New Testament, plus Genesis and Exodus Chapters 1-20. This project was started many years ago by missionaries Marv & Dee Cole and finally finished now thanks to the selfless work, effort, dedication, discipline and much much love for the Maka People by missionaries Rosemary and Matthew Ulrich. Thank you Lord! It was a wonderful day together with our Maka brothers and sisters and we pray that through these Bibles many more will come to a saving knowledge Jesus Christ.
What a joy it is for us to be a part of this and being able to see the Maka People with Bibles in their hands!
