Use a unique and meaningful title

January 20, 2012 by Walt & Jeanie Barbier

(Use “Upload/Insert” to add a photo here) Welcome to myMinistry blogs. This is your first post.  Posts show up on your BLOG HOME and appear in chronological order with your most recent post being on top.

You create a new Post each time you want to share something new. You can edit, delete, or create new posts under the “Posts” tab on your WordPress dashboard.

Use the “Insert More Tag” from the text editor tool bar to show only an excerpt of your post on BLOG HOME.  This helps visitors find the posts that interest them more easily.

You can share the passion God has given you to spread the fame and glory of God to the ends of the earth.  Or you could be telling about a specific event you are involved in to accomplish this task.

Make individuals posts for each topic or event you want to share. Your readers will appreciate being able to choose the topics they are interested in.  For the best online readability, keep your paragraphs short — between one to three sentences.

Don’t rely on random chance for your friends, family and ministry partners to find your blog posts.  Share them on Facebook and link to posts from your email updates.  Also make sure your blog address is in your email signature and on your printed materials.
