Thank you for praying! We are so thankful for the guys that came to help make the engine repair and then reinstall it in
the helicopter. Without their help we’re not sure what we would have done. Considering all the possible setbacks that could
have happened things went remarkably quickly and smoothly. For that we can thank the Lord.
One of Zach’s first flights went out to deliver medical supplies to villagers before their missionary Vicky Martin returns
to the US for a short home assignment. Zach spent the day as “handy man” helping Vicky with general maintenance projects
and combating the termites that are slowly eating her house. Hopefully it will still be there when she gets back!
Thank the Lord for a successful Regional Conference. It was just what we hoped it would be; a great time of fellowship,
encouragement and a restful break for our Northern Luzon Missionaries, ourselves included. The kids LOVED spending time
with their MK friends on the beach.
Now that our conference is over, and the helicopter is back in service, everyone will be returning to the tribe to get back to
work. Please pray for safe flights and that Zach will be able to keep up with the flight program and with maintenance at our
support center. Pray that the Lord will send someone to help with bookkeeping and maintenance soon! Pray for strength and
wisdom for the daily challenges we all face working with people of different language and culture who do not yet know Him
and that our Great God would be glorified in us and through us.
