It doesn’t matter where you live, at the end of every school year, there is always a lot of activities going on. Here are a few pictures to show what we have been doing leading up to our summer break. (There was SO MUCH MORE going on as well, but I didn’t always have my camera with me.)
Every year here at PQQ the junior class transforms the dining hall for the Senior Banquet. During the spring semester they hang curtains up and begin the process of decorating. All during this time, no one knows what will be in store for Banquet…it’s a BIG SURPRISE! This year the junior class did an AMAZING job of making “Venice.”
This semester was GREAT for us. We are so glad that we are finally here at PQQ. Our kids did well adjusting to living here and being back in school, and we are so glad that we are finally getting to know the students here.
However, graduation is over & it’s summertime now…everyone has gone home to be with their parents. 🙁 We are going to miss them, but are glad that the students get this time to refresh, rest & be with their families. We’ll also use this time for the same thing…as well as do some extra work around the school.
Please pray that we will be able to do all the ‘extra’ things that can’t get done during the year. And that we’ll still have time to spend with our children so that they know they are important to us. Thanks!
