Thank you for praying for Kara Linn and the baby. We were able to see our mission doctor again and the baby is healthy and growing big! Please continue praying for the health of Kara Linn and the baby and especially that Kara Linn would be able to get rest at night.
At the beginning of August, we will be returning to Texas for the birth of the baby. We are planning to be there until the end of the year before returning to PNG. Please pray with us that we would be able to find a place to live and a vehicle to use for the 5 months in Fort Worth. And if anyone in that area knows of a place available, let us know!
As for our last 6 weeks in Papua New Guinea, we are staying in Menyamya for the next step of our orientation to the country. This time is designed to give us experience living in a more remote location where a church has already been planted. We will get to learn from the missionary family that is here, as well as spend time with our PNG brothers and sisters in Christ. It is such a privilege to fellowship with this Menya church family as we continue our study of Tok Pisin. Please pray that God will use this time to direct our future steps in Papua New Guinea and that He would allow us to finish our study of Tok Pisin.
