I’m not a coffee fan but I like this! I’m sure that has something to do with the fact that it has sugar and ice cream added!!
Coffee Punch
3 cups water
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup instant coffee
1/3 cup chocolate syrup
1 quart milk
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
Combine water, sugar, coffee and syrup in large pan. Boil for 1 minute. Cover and chill for 8 hours.
Just before serving stir in the quart of milk. Transfer to punch bowl or large pitcher. Drop in scoops of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
