Even while we are still waiting here in Australia for our son Micah’s PNG entry permit to be issued, work on our house in the Amdu tribe is beginning!! The first two plane loads of our building materials went into the tribe last week. And we just heard that the first rows of support posts for our house are now in the ground!! Our teammates, along with some men from the States and the Amdu people, are graciously doing a lot of hard work to get our house started.
Our teammate Benjamin Hatton made these videos (seen below) when their house was being built. Watching them will give you a good idea of what the process of building our house will be like. And when you see “Pray for the Hatton’s”, just imagine that it also says
“Pray for the Allen’s”!!
Enjoy the videos! We’d love to hear what you think. You can send us an email or use the Contact page to send us a message.
Thanks for your part in the Gospel going out to the Amdu people for the first time!!

How exciting this is to us back in the US. I’m especially, amazed and delighted to hear about the finances that has come in. I’m sure that there have been others, besides us, that have wondered if the small amount that we could give, could truely make a difference. Once again, I’m reminded that we can not out give GOD! But, also, that HE can take our small gifts and turn them into huge ones. Thank you for sharing this info with us, to let us know that HE is faithful. Many prayers are with you, all. God Bless as you work so hard to do this huge task. What a priviledge to be a part of this with you dear folks. Much Love, linda
