Crockpot Chicken with Chipped Beef
3 large chicken breasts (can cut them into smaller pieces)
1 can cream of chicken (or mushroom) soup
1 package dried chipped beef
1 cup sour cream
diced onion or garlic (optional)
Place chicken in crockpot and top with diced chipped beef. Cover with soup.
Cook on low for 6 hours. Add sour cream sometime during last hour of cooking.
Serve over rice.
Makes 4-6 servings and can easily be doubled or tripled.
