We woke up Monday and looked out our bedroom window and saw this ship coming into port!
Bill had just gotten his wharf pass so that he could pick up our crates when they came in but it wasn’t until Wednesday that they let him in to pick them up.
They were so close!!
YEA!! Here comes Bill with the third crate!
I needed to show you a picture of the last time that I saw them…getting ready to leave NY to make the trip to NC
They left the port in NC on Monday, March 8th, the same day we left NY.
ok enough snow pictures let’s get back to PNG!
This picture {below} is not just a picture of Bill unloading the crate but in the background you see the apt. we will be remodeling.
There is a single lady that lives in the ground level apt. and we will live on top.
The five long windows on the left are living room windows and the two smaller windows are above the kitchen sink. More pics of that later! Back to crates!
Oh we can’t wait to get into them! It’s a big deal to smell the crates that come from America…they smell so good!
The crates and the contents smell so fresh, unlike the mold smell of everything else!
Brandon, the guy smelling the crate, is heading home on furlough with is family this month.
Garrett and Jake anxious to get into the crate…it was like opening a great big present!
They were not even going to wait for Bill to find the cordless screwdriver
AHHHH YES! It’s open!
Thanks for all who helped pack them and get them here! It was fun to see our things again and we found a note in one
of the boys totes from their Aunt Shelly!
