Yes, we just got back from the great state of Oklahoma!! It was so wonderful to get to see most of our dear friends and family! We were there for just two weeks, but it was really refreshing and encouraging to get to spend good quality time with everyone. We started out the week staying with my grandma June because my parents were putting the final touches on their gorgeous remodeling (we call it the b&b!) Staying with grandma was a lot of fun because she got to spend a lot of time with the girls and we even got her to fix us all cinnamon toast, a childhood favorite! We spent the remaining 12 days with my folks and had a great time there too!
Instead of giving stories for everything, I’ll give bullet points to things we did…and then show the pictures (which we all know is what you like best!)
-Celebrated the 3rd and 4th of July with my grandma, dad, mom, Tony, Jennifer and her family, and Jason and his family…and Lulu! It’s fun gathering with tons of people at the same time that are all celebrating our country. I have recently been wondering how we will celebrate the 4th of July when we are in Papua New Guinea. Maybe have some people send us some awesome screamin’ mimi’s!?!
-We were able to meet with a lot of our family (we’ll get the rest of you in January!), telling them about our upcoming move to PNG and in depth what we will be doing. It was a really encouraging time to talk with you and tell you our vision! Thanks to all of you who let us tell you!
-We ran the COLOR ME RAD race! Yes, I met my goal…first race ever! It was a blast! Really hot, but a blast. I will let the pictures speak for themselves!
-And last…but definitely not least, we had the 2nd Annual Graham family reunion! I have to say…they get better and better! It really was awesome! Think about a game of wiffle ball being played by aunts, uncles, cousins, neices, and friends of alllllll ages! Lots and lots of humor! There might have been some falling and crawling! Don’t worry Becky, I won’t mention any names!!
Okay, here are the pictures! Sorry that we weren’t able to include everyone in our blog! We saw so many people and we forgot our camera a lot of the time…so we missed out on some pictures with ya’ll. Please forgive us! I will be posting a lot more pictures in facebook too!
