Missions Conference

November 7, 2007 by Brian and Bailey Pruett

We are so thankful for another opportunity to share with a church in Macon, Georgia. Bailey is already there visiting with her sister, Dale, and her bother-in-law, Michael, before the conference begins on Sunday. I will be flying out Saturday morning to join them.

We would appreciate your prayers as we are a little nervous because we are not sure what it will be like. It is a very large church and we will be speaking with 10 home groups, and the high school youth which usually is around 200 students. The youth are especially near and dear to our hearts because that is when God really got a hold of our hearts and began leading us to missions. We are scheduled to speak with them on Wednesday night.

Thanks so much for your prayers. God continues to provide supporters for us as we are joined by a couple new ones each month. Please pray that He will continue to supply all we need soon so that we are free to head overseas. We are currently at 53% of our recommended monthly support, which is a real blessing! The Philippine flight program is in a difficult place right now with some big decisions. We are trying to place ourselves as part of the solution by arriving in August of 2008 or sooner.
