SLING LOAD TRAINING COMPLETE
Brian is traveling home from the Philippines today and tomorrow. He hopes to be home in time to spend a snowy Thanksgiving with Bailey’s immediate family in Colorado.
The time in the Philippines setting up our next pilot to sling load on his own went better than we had hoped. Thanks for praying! Not only did we finish the next phase of training, but we helped with a high school construction project as our curriculum! This was a blessing to the Banwaon indigenous church. It also positions our flight program to bless many others through this sling loading service.

Thank you for your prayers. The weather was perfect, the helicopter and equipment functioned flawlessly, we had a great ground crew, and supplies were delivered when we needed them to be. The whole project was better than we’d hoped!

In one day of sling loading we
- Performed 26 landings and refueled 12 times
- Moved 14 passengers and 10,000 pounds of cargo.
It has been a truly great year for us. As we anticipate Thanksgiving this week we praise the Lord for all the new believers in the jungles of the Philippines! We are incredibly thankful to work on a team with you. We have all worked hard at the task that Jesus left us with – make His gift of salvation known in all the World. God is known in many places we fly today, where he wasn’t known last Thanksgiving. That is a tangible and eternal return on investment worth praising Him for this Thanksgiving!
