Jonah Roger

June 25, 2013 by Brion and Annette Kendzora

Jonah Roger Kendzora was born into our little family on Saturday morning at 3:46 am. We were able to have another homebirth and everything went smoothly. Eli slept through the whole thing, which is pretty incredible in itself! We have had lot of help from my mom and sister, so it has been a smooth transition so far.

We know that with the boys so close together, it may be tough at times, but we feel so greatly blessed to have another healthy, beautiful boy! Jonah was 6lbs 9oz and 19 inches long at birth. Eli is still not sure what to make of him, but after a few weeks, I’m sure he’ll come around. We look forward to watching another boy grow and learn and hope that we will raise him in a God-honoring way.

My mom leaves today, so we would appreciate some prayers for added strength and energy for these next few weeks. We would also love some prayer for Eli and his transition to all this as well. God is so good to us and we feel beyond blessed right now!
