Kyle spent the first week of February with a group of homeschool kids at Taal Volcano and surrounding area.  His homeschool group joined close to 200 middle school kids from Faith Academy in Manila.  They had a great time snorkeling, scuba diving, feeding local school kids, killing chickens and cooking them.  They hiked to the top of Taal Volcano and swam in the lake in the middle.  They slept under the stars on coral, under a tarp and in some bunks.  They enjoyed devotions each night with some great leaders.  They made friends and some great memories.

Kyle is sad that he won’t be able to attend next year because he goes into grade 9.  But he is making plans to be a helper in his senior year of high school!
