The attractive feet of this world are polished to perfection. Time is spent primping and prodding, wealth is invested in preservation, and imperfections are diligently smoothed away – all riding on the hope of excellence.
Other feet are forgotten: blistered from poor shoes, calloused from long journeys, scarred from battles, and cracked from severe conditions. They are overlooked, unseen, and disregarded.
Each of these feet tells a story. One is a prized possession; the other is a prized ability. One requires sacrifice for magnificence; the other is the sacrifice. One has tales of protection; the other tales of achievement.
Which story is worth telling? Which story is worth living? Which story is worth choosing? The one whose feet carry the burden of purpose.
“How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news of good things!”
