Where Bible and Missions Are One… 2

What hasn’t been the greatest for me these past two weeks? Hmm, let’s see: being away from my lovely wife Casie, missing my daughter Savanna’s 16th birthday, not being with the family, missing out on life in Jackson, Mi. But what has been great? Well, for the past two weeks I have had the privilege of teaching 2 Corinthians in Wisconsin. I have met some incredible students who are trusting God for wisdom and direction for life and a future in cross cultural missions. They have been great to teach. You see, our school motto out in Jackson is “Where Bible and Missions Are One” and it just so happens that there is another school with the exact same motto… it is our sister school in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Both schools are the first phase of training with New Tribes Mission and I love being able to get to know students in both schools. Many of the students here will one day partner in church planting with the students we are training out in Michigan. Thanks God, for raising up workers for your harvest. So while I have truly enjoyed being here I do look forward to boarding a train for Michigan on Friday!
