It was a delight to host an Interface team (college career mission program) of thirteen people from the USA in our village in August 2007. One of our dear prayer partners from Oregon was with them…..Rebekah. Others were from West Virginia, California, South Carolina, Virginia and Oregon.

The believers’ simple faith affected the ITF team. The ITF team impacted the believers with their testimonies and songs. Many of the villagers said that our visitors “made them stronger in their faith”.

Activities included a pig “mumu”, a sleepover in the tribal huts, swimming in the “waterhole”, picking coffee, harvesting veggies in the gardens, gathering firewood, eliciting Wusuraambyan nouns and short phrases, worshipping with the believers, and singing praises at a campfire.
