Joy’s reaction to the roofing crew

"Is Joy afraid of all this noise?" was a common question during the roofing project. If Joy could talk, I think she would have said…..

 I like all this activity.  I can hear so many noises – hammers, compressors, ladders rattling outside my room.  The noise hasn’t bothered me, although I was startled a couple times when something heavy would drop on the roof. 

Some of the guys played guitar and some played piano.  I liked getting up for the evening fellowship time, to listen to the music, or to watch missionary pictures on the big screen. 

Mike and Mr. Don were my favorites.  I especially liked it when Mike talked with me.  He’s the same age as me. 

I’ve smiled a lot this week.  It’s been fun having these guests here.
