Nathan talks about the roofing project

January 13, 2007 by

Hi, This is Nathan.  I enjoyed the roofing crew this week, and for the first time I was aloud on the roof and helped.

They have been a huge help.  They did more than just redid our roof, but they showed me some great examples.  They were great examples because they were patient and did not get mad when things went wrong.

This week, I had to sleep in my parents’ room, so three guys could sleep in my room.  This was probably the hardest thing for me this week.  I usually am good at sleeping on the floor, but the first night I kept bumping into the wall.  Next night, I slept on my leg wrong.  Next night, I slept on my neck wrong.  Then the next night, I slept on my back wrong.  But I did it so the guys could sleep (and because I had to).
