Our vacation was relaxing. For one activity, Dave and Nathan enjoyed beautiful mountain vistas from horseback. I was content to keep my feet firmly on the ground. After a week away, we came back to a full week at work.
Dave plunged right back into ordering computer systems for missionaries. Three systems he had ordered before we left arrived the day he returned to the office, so he had those to set up. His office was so busy yesterday that he thought he might need a "Come back later" sign for the door.
I also plunged back into my work, editing and coordinating the Firm Foundations: Creation to Christ revision. A meeting on the project on Wednesday was encouraging. Progress is being made, slow but steady.
- Pray for us to rest in the Lord as we face full work schedules.
