Emergency Operation

September 25, 2007 by

The missionary – a co-laborer at the USA Headquarters – accidently dumped a full cup of coffee on her labtop computer.

With percision rivaling a surgen’s, Dave opened the computer up, and swabbed coffee out of the keyboard.

The computer then spent time in critical care, waiting to dry completely.

However, sadly, the patient did not survive. Critical components were severely damaged. The cost of repair is greater than the value so Dr. Dave is looking for a replacement.

"Fortunately," Dave says, "It is just a computer and not a life. I don’t think that I could be an emergency room doctor. We did all we could do."

  • Pray for Dave to have wisdom as his ministry sometimes involves unusual challenges.
