Commending God’s Workmen for the Harvest

November 21, 2016 by David and Joyce Hilt

We Commend Unto You the Sanford’s…

We reacently connected with some of our newly equipped students from NTM’s Missionary Training Center.  Sometimes they are personal acquaintances, such as Seth and Kaitlyn Sanford.  Seth is a third generation missionary and comes from a long line of missions influence.  His father is one of our executive board members …a former church planter among the Joti tribe in Venezuela where Seth spent his childhood years.  Seth’s grand-father was one of our longtime mission advocates, plus there is eight or so families of  Seth’s relatives serving in missions.

Seth & Kaitlyn were captured by two truths at Bible College.  First, that there are whole language groups controlled by fear because they have no understanding of Jesus or the Bible.  Second, that God is working to bring hope to these people, and   that He’s called them to be involved.

bSeth & Kaitlyn were married in 2012.  Natalie, their daughter was born in 2015. She can already make animal noises and find her belly-button –important foundations for any young church planter.

For the last two years, the Sanford’s have been training with New Tribes Mission.  Why?  So that more men and women in unreached areas of the world can be reached with the gospel and discipled to maturity.

The Sanford’s are planning to serve in Papua New Guinea.  They are giving their lives for sake of the gospel. Seth and Kaitlyn are looking for people to help them get there, people to help them stay there.  You can be a part of the amazing work God is doing thru NTM by joining with Seth & Kaitlyn in this vital ministry.

Contact Seth & Kaitlyn to schedule a meeting with your church or small group.
