It’s hard to believe we’re already in the last month of 2022! Areli and Tyndale just have two more weeks of school to finish the first semester of their senior and freshman years. They are looking forward to Christmas break. Galilee is planning to take her GED in January to get her high school equivalency certificate. We appreciate your continued prayers for her as her migraines with aura have continued to gradually worsen again. She has an appointment with her neurologist on the 12th of this month. Please pray as this will be her first time seeing this neurologist (she has to switch to an adult neurologist since she’s 18 now.)
I am told that the CLA Development team’s presentations at the meetings in Asia went well a few weeks ago. I was relieved to get my video presentations finished for those. From now until next May we’ll be working to try to get most of the new language and culture program written and ready for use.
DJ would appreciate prayers to be able to finish mastering the material for his next certification and get it out of the way. He continues to work remotely managing wireless networks, etc. The IT Team just found out they’ll be losing another member, which is likely to increase everyone’s workloads.
DJ and I are planning to make a quick trip to north Texas to see his parents and sister about December 13-17. His parents will be making the trip down from Ohio and spending some time at Becky’s in north Texas, so it’s the best opportunity we’ll have to see them. It’s still a 9-hour drive from down here in southwest Texas, though!
We hope you all have a wonderful, encouraging time celebrating Christmas with family and friends this year, wherever you are. God bless you all, and thank you so much for praying for and supporting us.
