Down here in Southwest Texas we had about six weeks of winter, and it seems that spring has now sprung. DJ’s been tilling the garden and he and Galilee are busy planning it. They’re going to keep it a bit smaller than last year’s since we still have so much produce preserved from that one!
Areli and Tyndale are about to start competition season on the range team in FFA. They’ll be traveling to compete in plant identification, often having to stay overnight away from home. Pray for safety in travels for their school team, and for valuable life experience through their competitions. This will be Tyndale’s first year competing, and Areli’s second.
I (Jennifer) was able to help from afar with giving a first language evaluation to a new member of one of the teams I’ve been helping back in Asia. The new team member has been learning the remote people group’s language for about 4 months now, and she’s making great progress. I was able to meet with her virtually to give her a ‘kick-off’ into Stage 2 of her studies too.
DJ recently completed an arduous exam and earned his Security Plus certification for his IT ministry. Now he’s working toward his Network Plus certification (there are so many in the tech world!)
Thanks so much for all of your prayers, encouragement, and support. God bless all of you.
