When I (Eric) was 17 years old it became plain to me that i needed a Savior because of my sinful lifestyle. I knew that God was just and impartial, and i knew I was in trouble. I accepted the fact that Jesus was sent to this world to save mankind from their sin. I trusted Him to save me from mine through His payment on the cross.
A couple years later I was attending Bible college in order to understand more about God and the Bible. It was then that my heart began to be challenged into missions. Seeing God’s heart in how He pursued people in order to give them His mercy, He pursued rotten people. He is such a good God and I am desiring to follow Him in reaching the lost with the gospel.
I (Cherie) grew up as a missionary kid with Ethnos360 in a remote tribal group in Paraguay, South America. I was challenged to become a missionary through seeing God change the hearts of tribal people who had always been fearful of and worshipped evil spirits. Through the truth of God’s Word, I saw them learn to love the God of the Bible and be freed from the fear of spirits and demons.
After graduating, I attended Bible college and went on into training to be a missionary with Ethnos360. There I met Eric and we were married in July of 2016.
We have finished our training and are moving on to the next step. We are currently en route to Asia Pacific, a region of the world with a couple thousand least-reached people groups; who do not understand the gospel, who do not have the Word of God in their own language, and are in great need of missionaries to come and bring the gospel to them.
Currently, we are in the process of raising up partners to join us in our ministry so that w will have a group of believers from God’s church who will be behind us and support us in our endeavor to take the gospel to the least reached people of Asia Pacific.
