Nadia had a unexpected break of a view days, attending a missions conference of a supporting church (Sandton Bible Church) in the Johannesburg area, South Africa. They paid for her flight and transport to and from the conference and made it possible for Nadia to bring Franco back after his consultations with a audiologist.
The theme of this year’s conference was: The Great Adventure. It was such a blessing to attend good teaching, fellowship, eat excellent food and to make new friends! It was a privilege to give feed-back on what the Lord is doing under the Mwinika people, and I was also encouraged by the feed-back of other missionaries from SBC.
The most wonderful gift of all was that I could spend a little time with family, especially my mom who came all the way from Bloemfontein. I could even attend my cousin’s 40th birthday! I am in awe at the goodness of our Lord. I came back feeling refreshed. Thank you, Lord!
