Our involvement with the training of cross-cultural workers in South East Africa looks a little different from what we as a team originally thought. Although we hope to have more formal classes with 3 intensives a year, the Lord is allowing us at the moment to move alongside the church to minister and serve where they are at.
We are teaching module 1 in a local church context as an evangelism training tool. We have also started with the interviews of a missionary candidate as well as with his church leadership. Pray as we must discern how we can serve him and his church with what the Lord has invested in us.
Pray that we will find creative ways to approach churches and mobilize more missionaries!
