International forum in the Orient

January 29, 2013 by Nadia Hattingh

Francois and I had the wonderful privilege to attend a international NTM forum in the Orient! It was a big event bringing together about a hundred leaders from all of our fields and all our sending countries. There were also representatives from all our training centres. Our goal was that the Lord would use this conference to help us together move forward in reaching the remaining unreached peoples on earth. We came away spiritually fed, and hopeful to see this happen in increasing measure now and in the future!

It was wonderful to see old friends and to meet new ones… Our prayer times each morning in small groups will continue to encourage us.

Travelling through three countries in the orient over the period of two and a half weeks, we were charmed with the beauty, colour and bounty of that part of the world! What impressed us the most though, is the fact that all people are in essence the SAME. We all love our children and want what’s best for them, we all need love and we all grow old… We all sin. Most of all: we all need the Saviour more than we need the air we breathe!

It is our prayer that we as believers in Christ will learn more and more how to work with and through His Church to reach the peoples of the world!
