We’ve heard that Mahan has gotten a job as a security guard. We don’t have any details as to whom or what he is guarding, just that it is at night. He says that is good because that gives him some time during the day to teach God’s Word. Thanks so much for praying. We can continue to pray that his wife, Arsisa, will also be able to find work.
Corn seed has arrived here at our village! 156 kilo or 343 lbs. Please pray that it will not be carried away or eaten by insects once it is planted but will germinate well and give a good harvest. Seed for lowland villages where there are Manubu’ believers is still being sought, but those seeking it are confident that they will be able to find the quantity that is needed. Please pray for that.
And, it is now set that four men are planning to come from New Zealand to replace our roof and maybe do other work on our house. They have their flights booked. Thanks for praying about this need.
A mason from the lowlands arrived today. He will start building the concrete block Bible storehouse tomorrow. Amazing that he arrived without even string or a level! We assume he has a trowel <:-|. Please PRAY that he will do a good job and do it quickly as he will be paid by the day. Lots of answered prayer to praise God for.
