NTM HOME OFFICES – SANFORD FLORIDA
We do a great deal of data entry, and keep the personnel files up to date. This includes both “on and off” field information such as address updates, family updates, and updating of missionaries’ ministry history.
We send our missionaries who are on Home Assignment a packet of information and resources for their time home. We contact them during their time home to make sure they are doing alright, and offer encouragement or resources to them.
In order to serve our missionaries, whether on or off the field, we write letters of verification as needed for various things from Jury duty excuse to mortgage, education, or citizenship verifications.
Some of our responsibilities are to help our missionaries through transitions. Coming into the mission family, leaving the mission family, adding new fmaily members, offering condolences when a loved on passes away. Helping our missionaries when the time comes for them to retire. These are some of the areas of transitions we desire to be a help and encouragement to our members in.
For those missionaries coming into the work, a member of our team is heading up the “coaching” of our missionaries that are between the training and leaving for the field. Other missionaries may be changing ministries or fields of service and we seek to provide them with direction and encouragement as they transition.
All of our office work and record keeping is to forward the effort of tribal evangelism. Without the support framework behind the “front-line” missionaries in the tribal works, the work would be incomplete and suffer set-backs.
Thank you for being a part of this team of reaching the world with the Gospel. We appreciate your part on our team.
