God’s loving care…

January 5, 2008 by

The kind French man.

I have arrived safely in Albertville!!! Praise the Lord!  I am in awe of how God lovingly took care of me and guided me each step of the way.  I flew stand-by and was placed in business class during the all-night flight to Paris!  I found both my bags and eventually found the "metro" (subway) station.  Kind people helped me to the subway and on the the subway with my bags.  Then, a kind French man stopped me and asked if I was lost just after I had prayed to myself, "Lord, I could really use some help here".  This kind man guided me in person to the train station and helped me to purchase a ticket.  He said he was already late for work so it didn’t matter if he was a little later.  I was so touched by his kindness and God’s immediate answer to my prayer.  I sat in a picturesque train station all day watching interesting people and trying to stay warm.  Then, I got on a fast train to Albertville.  Finally, when I arrived, two nice ladies from the school staff were there to take me to my home in France.  I am now settled in my cozy dorm room and resting in the care of my loving Father.

I have added a France file of pictures so keep watching for updates and pictures.
