Keeping priorities straight

November 13, 2006 by

This is the kind of week I dread: A lot of work piled up from last week, and something going on in our family every evening.

It’s not really the busy-ness and workload I dread. It’s the fact that moving so fast makes it more difficult to keep my priorities in sync with God’s priorities. In God’s economy, it’s often not as much about getting a lot done, as it is about doing a few particular things well.

Please pray that this week, we as a couple would keep our focus on God so we are in tune with what He wants done well.
