The Focus of Prayer

May 26, 2015 by Ian and Julie Fallis

I still have one of these, though I haven't used it in ages.
I still have one of these, though I haven’t used it in ages.

Prayed for yourself lately?

You probably have. We all do. We’re supposed to.

But there are two important parts of prayer we often miss, or come at the wrong way.

Balancing those three elements is the point of a devotional I’m finishing up for New Tribes Mission, The Focus of Prayer.

The Kindle version will be free, and there will also be a free study guide. We’ll also make a print version, which will incorporate the study guide, but because of production costs, we’ll have to charge for that.

I’ll keep you posted when it’s ready to go. And you can help.

This week I need to finish two sets of revisions to the book, and write the study guide. That’s on top of writing about a half-dozen articles. Any one of those tasks is too much for me. But nothing is too much for God. Please pray for the strength, perseverance, creativity and wisdom to get through what I can get through, and well; and to be patient about what I cannot get through.

In the meantime, if you’d like to know more about the six books I’ve written, you can take a look at my author blog or my author page on Facebook.

Update: The book is now available through New Tribes Mission.
