Riding the Wind

July 5, 2016 by Jack and Jane Housley

Sitting on our porch in Papua New Guinea looking out over the Bismarck Sea one could hear and see airplanes of all kinds lifting from the airstrip along the coast below. We would awake to the sun rising, blowing us away with pictures only God could provide.

Many planes would come and go, but the prettiest sight of all was seeing one of our little red NTM planes breaking through the beautiful morning sun rise on its way to supply missionaries working in the regions beyond our center along the coast.

Hearing the sounds of our plane coming in just before sunset would always comfort our hearts knowing all was well with our pilot and our little red plane we depend on so much. Our NTM flight program is there for us and we give thanks to all that have made it possible for NTM to have some of the best planes and pilots around. Jack
