Corndogs and Onion Rings

March 25, 2013 by Jared and Diana Jantz

Our Maintenance Team recently had the privilege in volunteering to “man the kitchen” so that our Kitchen Team could attend a Food Fair.

This event, for both Teams, is always a positive thing; the kitchen crew gets the opportunity to see what is new in the area of food service and the maintenance guys get a change of ministry for one night.  On the menu that night … you guessed it … corn-dogs and onion rings!

Shane took this opportunity to wear his wife's apron!

Although, our maintenance guys are used to having hammers and saws, and paintbrushes and rollers in their hands they have proven once again that they can handle ladles and tongs, and deep friers too.

Thanks guys for your service.  Supper was great and the onion rings were the big hit of the night!
