Have “Break” Will Travel

April 17, 2013 by Jared and Diana Jantz

As we pulled out of the driveway our excitement rose.  We were on our way.  Spring Break had arrived and we were heading out to visit our girls and their families.  And a bonus … was being able to see other family members as well.

It was good to catch up with each other and to help with some “home projects” that were laid out for us; but the best part was loving on our grand-babies.   We loved reading books to them and getting down on the floor to play with them.  It was also fun singing songs and hearing them “sing” back to us.

They are growing up so fast and have changed a lot since we last saw them so we are thankful that our girls are proactive in making sure our grand-babies know us by having pictures of us for them to look at.  In fact, we did the same for them during our time in Paraguay when they were growing up!

So, after 2800 miles … we are glad to be home … and back to our ministry … but missing those grand-babies!
