This winter seems to be longer and colder than last year and much harsher too. Jared has worked quite a bit of “overtime” since Christmas due to the amount of snow and ice that we have gotten ; and we all are thinking ‘enough is enough’.
Last week one of our co-workers transferred to our NTM USA headquarters in Florida and several of us were wanting to go with them. And as Jared and I watched the AFL Championship game last week we could not believe that it was so warm in the mile-high city and we were running a heater to stay warm.
We know that winter will soon come to an end … but for this year … we are so thankful for our Maintenance Team who keeps the boilers running and the sidewalks and driveways cleared for all of us. Although these guys work behind the scenes in their ministries, they are our heroes!
