Teammates, Co-workers, , Friends …

Summer is always a busy time for Jared and this summer was no exception. The big summer project was remodeling two men’s bathrooms at the school – one on ground floor and one on first floor.  Jared was in charge of overseeing this project so he had to remain on site and stay connected to his phone.  When he wasn’t available, he would call Ralph or Bart to cover for him.

These three guys have learned to work well together. They put in long days and much of what they do goes unseen. Truthfully, I think they like it that way but I also see that they are tired.  In being together, they have become co-workers and friends! They have made a great team!

But, change is happening!  Bart left a few days ago.  He and his wife, Amanda, are moving on in the training.  Jared and Ralph are thrilled for them … but they will be greatly missed.

So, when you think of this team, pray for them. They now have an intern, who works in the mornings, and a student who is a junior, who works in the afternoons, who desire to work alongside of them this coming year.
